WALL OF SHAME: RECORDED THE FIRST ILLEGAL MANUFACTURER OF FALSE VISUAL PRODUCTS COPIES IN THE WORLD ?

The fact that Croatian Sport Brand VISUAL SPORTSWEAR blogspot web page is one of the most popular design places in the world of sportswear design is well know and simply to check by huge quantity of worldwide followers and clicks.
The fact is that Croatian Sport Brand VISUAL's design solution are one of the most attractive and the most often copied by many famous leading world's sport brands as well as by numerous "backyard" brands and that fact promoting VISUAL in some kind of global trend maker.
It is simply to notice by recorded dozen very exact copies of VISUAL's designs and original VISUAL'S patterns....

But, the big news is that VISUAL, one & only Croatian origin globally presented sport brand ever, became one of those world's brands, whose products seems to be exactly copied and manufactured as illegal false VISUAL products and launched on the market as false copies! Just like false Nike, Adidas,Puma...
As we know; manufacture and sales of pirates product copies of any brand, presents breaking the basic international and national Laws and it is a very serious crime in any country in the world.

Who did such serious crime of pirates manufactured copies of VISUAL products as the very first in the world?

Unfortunately, it seems the leaders of one Croatian origin club, even absolutely aware of serious criminal essence of such step, decided to violate VISUAL Author's propriety and original product Copyrights, and provided to third party manufacturer exact VISUAL jerseys, style, design & industrial propriety, in order to manufacture VISUAL's pirates product copies and to place it on the market.
Unfortunately, it has been done in secret, without any VISUAL licence for Copyrights!

What indication or a proof makes to seems exactly so?

*Browsing CROATIAN EAGLES SC Facebook official pages, we noticed photos that, even looks similar, are not items manufactured by VISUAL, but without any doubt, illegally manufactured copies, pirates VISUAL's jerseys without brand logo and labels ( it is not legal allowed itself )
*Also, it seems, some simply noticed different copied details ( like neck collar, layers ratio, proportions..) suggests the products has not been originally manufactured by VISUAL, but products are manufactured as pirates copies and placed in market in still unknown quantity by criminal action.
*Also, before this text is published, on personally directed question about this to actually Club President Mr. FREDY JANY with request for his comment, the President escaped to answer any comment, but just followed out Skype message in ignoring silence...( as well as the rest of available Board members after email request)
*Finally, the clearest confirmation of the obviously intended crime: after VISUAL noticed and requested Team Board to comment it, instead any comment CROATIAN EAGLES SC Board promptly in panic removed all compromising photos from theirs Facebook page, as widely public available proof of his criminal action, considering that way it will remain hidden! (Doesn't works regarding removed photos are already recorded for Lawyers as evidences and attached with this text)

If we consider all this,upon clear photo evidences, here is necessary to note who did this criminal action robbing VISUAL, cheating market, tricking own members customers ?

Yes, probably easy to guess?!

Like often recorded rule: The „biggest & loudest Croats“!
Sure, just those kind of already " worldwide famous" the „biggest and the loudest Croats“, who are during knocking in theirs „big Croatian chest“, "love all Croatian so much", that the first they will rob is just another, first available Croat, and who will provide his stolen industrial propriety, professional skill, knowledge... to any third side Chinese, American, Paki...anybody else...to make own profit by the stolen of that Croat!

That "the biggest & the loudest Croats" adores so much all Croatian, so on only Croatian global brand VISUAL, too, that they wants to rob and take away all originally VISUAL belongs and has: the very unique product industrial propriety, its unique created trademark's Cro-pattern, its unique created trademark's numbering font...
All that is available and possible for rob, indeed! Love is strange, we know...But there are laws! There are consequences and The Court, too...

In any case, so great tradition Club like honorable CROATIAN EAGLES SC, Milwaukee, WI. doesn't deserve such embarassment President & Club Board, capable for such serious criminal activities and to attach so big shame on the great, the glorious team name by intended crime!

Glorious CROATIAN EAGLES SC doesn't deserves such leaders who are making them to become CROATIAN CHICKEN PC (piretes criminal)!
No any excuse for such embarrassement !

As the first consequence, after VISUAL notification for illegal Copyrights violation the Facebook Copyrights Commission, considering legal facts and respecting U.S. law, have removed and blocked all illegally used team logos and pictures  from Croatian Eagles SC and Hrvatski Orlovi two Facebook pages, regarding repeated non authorized using without original author and Copyrights owners permission.

The same against this copyrights violation did Twitter, too.

Further consequences in front of the U.S. Court just follows soon...

AFTER CROATIAN YOUTH TOURNAMENT IN CLEVELAND 02/06/2017 NOTICED & RECORDED EXACT CRIMINAL PIRATES MANUFACTURERS OF FALSE VISUAL JERSEYS COPIES IN THEIR DESPAIRING TRY TO HIDE AND COVER OBVIOUSLY CRIME, KEEPS ON IN DIGGING THEMSELVES DEEPER AND DEEPER...

They started despairing pasting Visual " logo" on the photos of the piracy jerseys without Visual brand logo, before publishing it..in hope that doesn't witness as new crime evidence...:) But for do so, they should be able and clever...hmm...

Are they?
